Client Relations & Recovery Consultant
Full-timeAs a Client Relations Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for victims of fraud. Your empathy and expertise will help clients feel supported while you coordinate with our investigation team.
Requirements
- Background in customer service or case management
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience in financial services or fraud prevention is a plus
- Multilingual (English/French) preferred
Digital Investigations Consultant
ContractWe need a Digital Investigations Consultant to analyse online fraud patterns, trace digital footprints, and prepare evidence for legal proceedings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in OSINT and digital forensics
- Knowledge of social media platforms and messaging apps
- Ability to write clear investigative reports
- Experience with cryptocurrency investigations is an asset

Senior Financial Crimes Investigator
Full-timeLead complex investigations into investment fraud, money laundering, and cross‑border financial crimes. You will manage a team of analysts and coordinate with law enforcement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial crime investigation
- Background in forensic accounting or fraud examination
- Strong leadership and case management skills
- Experience with international investigations preferred
Forensic Financial Analyst
Full-timeAnalyse transaction data, identify suspicious patterns, and prepare financial evidence for legal teams. You will work closely with our solicitors and regulators.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python)
- Knowledge of AML and fraud detection
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is a plus
Legal & Compliance (2)
Legal Consultant – Asset Recovery
Part-timeProvide legal counsel on asset recovery cases, draft court documents, and advise on regulatory compliance. You will work directly with our clients and external counsel.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario
- Experience in civil litigation or financial regulation
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations is an asset
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Compliance Officer
Full-timeEnsure that our operations meet all regulatory requirements, including AML, PIPEDA, and international standards. Develop and implement compliance policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Familiarity with FINTRAC and Canadian regulations
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) preferred
